How do payment and renewal work?
This is a prepaid 12-month software subscription. You pay $99.50 USD for the first year, plus applicable tax shown before payment. The subscription automatically renews annually until canceled. Review your recurring plan and total at checkout.
How do I cancel future renewals?
Sign in to PNG2Vector, open My account, then choose Manage billing to cancel future renewals. Your access remains active through the period you have already paid for. For billing or refund questions, contact billing@png2vector.com.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the membership charge, including an annual renewal. Read our 7-day refund policy for how to request a refund and what happens to access. Canceling future renewals is a separate step in Manage billing.
Can I try the software first?
Yes. Try PNG-to-SVG conversion or explore the free tools. Free previews for these three tools include watermarks, so you can check your results before subscribing.
What do I receive?
Digital access to the three software tools on your PNG2Vector account, including their clean member downloads. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping charge. Books and physical products are not included.
